Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The ATLAS Lawyers 2027 Attendee Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by ATLAS Lawyers, 227 Penn Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503 (“ATLAS”).

2. Who can enter

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live) at the time of entry.

Not eligible: sponsors and exhibitors of ATLAS Lawyers 2027 and their employees and representatives; employees of ATLAS Lawyers and Munley Law; and the immediate family members and household members of any of these people.

3. Entry period

The Giveaway begins when registration for ATLAS Lawyers 2027 opens and ends at the start of the drawing on the last day of the conference (the “Entry Period”).

4. How to enter

• Registered attendees: each person who registers for ATLAS Lawyers 2027 during the Entry Period is entered automatically, one entry per registered attendee. Guest passes are not entries.
• No-purchase entry: email cmunley@munley.com with the subject “ATLAS 2027 Giveaway Entry” and your full name, mailing address, phone number and email address, or mail the same information on a 3×5 card to ATLAS Lawyers, Giveaway Entry, 227 Penn Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503. Entries must be received before the end of the Entry Period. No-purchase entries have the same chance of winning as attendee entries.

Limit one entry per person, no matter how you enter. Incomplete, duplicate or automated entries are void.

5. Drawing and “must be present”

One winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries on the last day of ATLAS Lawyers 2027. You must be present at the drawing to win. If the person drawn is not present, another entry will be drawn until an eligible person who is present is selected. A Canadian resident selected must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be confirmed as the winner.

6. Prize

One (1) prize: a seven-night stay at a luxury villa in Key West, Florida.

• The stay must be taken between May 1 and November 30, 2027, and is subject to availability and the villa’s booking terms.
• The prize covers lodging only. Transportation, meals, gratuities and all other costs not listed are the winner’s responsibility.
• Approximate retail value: to be announced.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. ATLAS may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

7. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner requirements and taxes

The winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and (where lawful) a publicity release within 14 days of notification. The winner is responsible for all taxes on the prize. ATLAS will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that ATLAS may use the winner’s name, city, state and photo in connection with the Giveaway without further payment.

10. General conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to ATLAS’s decisions, which are final. ATLAS may cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems or other causes beyond its control affect its fairness, and may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. ATLAS is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries.

11. Release of liability

Entrants release ATLAS, Munley Law, the villa owner and their officers, employees and agents from any liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.

12. Privacy

Information collected for the Giveaway is used as described in our Privacy Policy.
