Who we are

This website is operated by ATLAS Lawyers, 227 Penn Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503 (“ATLAS,” “we”), in partnership with Munley Law.

What we collect

• Registration: name, email, phone, firm, title, mailing address, role, bar numbers and states (for CLE), dietary needs, guest names, and how you heard about ATLAS.
• Sponsor and exhibitor inquiries: company, contact name, title, email, phone, website, the package you are interested in, and your goals.
• Purchases (registration, sponsorships, the Video Library): billing name, address, phone and email.
• Giveaway entries: the contact details you provide.
• Website use: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, through cookies and analytics tools.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and is never stored by ATLAS. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

How we use it

• To process registrations, sponsorships and purchases, and send confirmations, receipts, payment links and hotel booking links.
• To report CLE credit to the accrediting agencies in the states you list.
• To plan the event, including badges, meals and seating.
• To send updates about ATLAS conferences, the podcast and the Video Library. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To run the attendee giveaway.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that help us run the conference and this website (payment processing, email, hosting, the host hotel for the room block), only as needed to provide their service.
• CLE agencies, for attendees requesting credit.
• Attendee directory: registered attendees receive a contact list after the conference that may include your name, firm, title and email. To opt out, contact us before the conference.
• When required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to measure site traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop sending marketing emails, by contacting us below.

Children

This site is intended for adults and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Other websites

This site links to sponsor, podcast and social media sites. Their privacy practices are their own.
