Varun is the COO of Lua Legal, he started his legal career at Harvard Law School and worked at Skadden & Arps. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Georgia Tech, with a research focus on Artificial Intelligence. Before law school Varun worked at Amazon, architecting and maintaining systems that processed over 16 billion user records each week. His research papers, which have been distributed to thousands of scientists and engineers, focus on the intersection of technology and human interaction.

Varun is committed to using technology to level the playing field between plaintiffs firms and corporate defense firms.
