Lyn Gaudet Kiehl
Lyn Gaudet Kiehl is an attorney with a forensic psychology and behavioral neuroscience background. She is the CEO of MINDSET Integrated Co, a startup that brings science-based tools and services to legal and clinical markets.
Before moving to New Mexico in 2011, she served as Research Director for the Center for Law, Science & Innovation at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she also received her law degree. As Research Director, Lyn developed expertise around the ethical, legal, and social implications of emerging technologies such as neuroscience, genetics, and robotics. Her non-traditional interests led her to pursue work as a consulting expert to attorneys, teaching them how to incorporate neuroscience into comprehensive medical and mental health evaluations of their clients.
Working with civil personal injury and capital criminal defense teams across the country led to a deeper dive into the unmet needs of attorneys who need to collect, understand, and use behavioral and neuroimaging data when developing comprehensive and objective evidence relating to all types and severities of brain injury.
Lyn adores engaging with attorneys and connecting her passion to their work — making complex brain science and the resulting data management not only a more manageable experience, but a pleasant and educational one — with respect to MINDSET Integrated’s practiced ability to make it all so much easier for practitioners to fully support and comprehensively represent their clients’ needs.
